This wonderful gut renovation beautifully marries contemporary design with the elegance of traditional touches, resulting in a space that pays homage to its heritage while embracing the sophistication of modern aesthetics. The residence, untouched since the 1970s, underwent a stunning transformation to align with the homeowner's desire of an open concept space befitting for entertainment and a modern lifestyle. Our project seamlessly integrates the existing Chippendale style furniture with modern design elements, achieving a cohesive and captivating living space. From new wood flooring to Italian kitchen cabinets, a captivating marble waterfall counter, thoughtfully curated wallpaper, and tiles, each element was meticulously chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space. The same aesthetic is carried out from the entry to the kitchen to the living room and right out into the covered seasonal terrace.
